This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains where Sereniso ships, how long delivery usually takes, and how delivery issues are handled for jewelry, accessories, home decor, and small lifestyle goods.
1. Shipping Countries & Locations
We currently ship to selected major international destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and many countries in Europe.
Available destinations may change based on carrier coverage, parcel weight, product type, and local import rules. If your country is available at checkout, you can place the order directly. If your country does not appear at checkout, contact us at [email protected] and we will check whether shipment is possible.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses that carriers cannot serve reliably. Many jewelry pieces, decor items, and giftable products require a deliverable street address that can be handled by our courier network. If an order is placed with an unsupported address, we may contact you for an alternative shipping address before dispatch. If a suitable address cannot be provided, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
2. Order Processing
After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, most in-stock items are prepared and dispatched within 2-5 business days. Some products may require extra checking for material, size, finish, color, accessory matching, protective packaging, or warehouse transfer before dispatch.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. During holiday periods, major sale events, or unusually high order volume, processing may take a little longer.
When tracking information is available, we will send it to you by email. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the courier receives the package.
3. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Transit times can vary, so the times below are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. They are counted from dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.
- United States: usually about 8-15 days after dispatch
- Canada: usually about 10-15 days after dispatch
- United Kingdom: usually about 8-12 days after dispatch
- Australia and New Zealand: usually about 10-15 days after dispatch
- Singapore: usually about 8-12 days after dispatch
- Major European destinations: usually about 8-15 days after dispatch
Delivery may be affected by carrier routing, customs processing, local delivery speed, holidays, weather, remote-area handling, and other factors outside our control.
4. Checkout Total
Available delivery options and the final order total are shown at checkout before payment. The available options and final total may vary based on destination, parcel weight, parcel size, product type, and the available delivery method.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local handling charges. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Jewelry, Decor, and Gift Packaging
Jewelry, accessories, decorative objects, ceramic pieces, glass items, and gift sets may be packed with protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Please inspect the package and item carefully as soon as it is delivered, and keep all packaging until you confirm the item is in good condition.
6. Delivery Issues
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building staff, mailbox, parcel locker, or the local carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us with your order number and tracking details.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing accessories, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item, outer packaging, inner packaging, and shipping label. After verification, we will help with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
